Usage recommendations
Install the wool between the metal or wooden frame, with the aluminium foil facing the interior of the room (vapour barrier and thermal reflection). When handling, wear gloves, goggles and a mask. Cut with a well-sharpened knife and avoid excessive compression to preserve the insulating properties.
Installation & usage tips
- Fit the wool between studs/rafters, cut 1–2 cm wider so it stays snug.
- Do not compress the wool — its thickness provides the thermal performance (λ).
- Wear gloves, a mask and goggles when handling.
- In lofts add a vapour barrier on the warm (interior) side against condensation.
General guidance; always follow the manufacturer instructions on the packaging.
