Corner profiles and beads

Corner beads and corner profiles protect and finish the edges of drywall walls. Protective beads (metal or PVC) are applied to external corners to strengthen them against impacts, while mesh beads or corner tapes help achieve a straight edge before filling. They are fixed with filler or adhesive and then covered with joint compound. Choose the type according to the edge (external or internal) and the desired finish.
