Usage recommendations
Rotband is an interior gypsum-based plaster. Mix with clean water to a homogeneous paste; apply manually onto a clean and primed substrate (Betokontakt on concrete), in a thickness of 10–30 mm. Level with the straightedge, then finish. Working time ~20–25 min; not for use in permanently damp spaces.
Installation & usage tips
- Prime the surface with a suitable primer before applying, for adhesion.
- Follow the water/mix ratio on the bag and let the paste rest for a few minutes.
- Apply at the recommended thickness and level with a straightedge; thick layers in passes.
- Protect the surface from drying too fast (sun/draught) in the first hours.
